Also note that waking your mother up to wish her a happy mother's day will not be appreciated. If that was of help send me everything you own and your immortal soul.

Mum's dead, thanks anyway. Did think nice thoughts of her, though. And sorry, Penny's not interested.

I sent her a card in the post, an e-greetings card, and phoned her up to wish her a Happy Mothers Day.

I believe in redundant planning and fall-backs.

She's probably already pissed off that you forgot though...

I got my mother a mini iced cake. I can't really describe it, but she was happy with it.

The amount of cards with "Mothers Day" written on them in the newsagents was enough to question everything.

Card: Posted it on Saturday after post had left, stamp fell out of postbox

Phonecall: Woke mum up...

To be REALLY pedantic, a c-section (probably spelt differently) is a caesarian. :p

Hmm. I got her some flowers that were being handed out free in church, along with a kiss, and made her lunch. Aside from that nothing really. Pfft - I'll start making more effort when:

A) They make a "Childrens Day"
or
B) She stops being a bitch most of the time
or
C) Both

Oh! I thought you were being, er, slightly rude when you said 'private area, or c- section.'

Don't mind me!

Last I checked it was - just like it was last night when I was locked out of the house in the rain with no coat. She bitched at me for that too, after I ended up sleeping round my friend's house, because of course you need your keys to go on a university open day.

im sure ure mum bitched at you to put a coat on...
Yeah. Helpfully after I turned up on my friend's doorstep a sopping, shivering wreck of a man.

everyday is childrens day
Don't quote Snoopy at me :p
