Yes, that has to be a joke someone played by having a sign made and tacking it beneath the top one. I've seen the top one while going through Arkansas, but never the bottom one.

Plus, the bottom one seems to be bending in the wind, which would indicate that it's cardboard, which means that it's bogus.

It's an obvious fake, but i did have to think about it it for a few seconds, considering that the last odd (but rwal) picture I saw was of an Idaho license plate which proudly advertised how Scenic Idaho is famous for its potatoes. That, for a British person who almost never sees a license plate with more than numbers and letters on it, was just ridiculous.

I was raised in a simpler day and age, a time when it was considerably more difficult to create visual lies. My first impulse is to think someone made an actual sign. Yes, I have heard of photo editing software, but seldom use it. My most humble apologies for this serious shortcoming. I will proceed to repent in sackcloth and ashes.

And publish that in an online database.

And notify neighborhoods that you move into.

So people will know to stay away from you. Forever.
