Dude ... quit peein' on yer phones!

Anyway, if you can crack it open, do so. Low, lukewarm hair drier should do the trick. Not too much.

If it was just regular ol' water, it should be fine.

Unless the components got shorted and fried. Then it's time for a new phone.

Aye. Fortunately, they're starting to make small electronics more water resistant and shock resistant nowdays, so he may be in the clear.

If you can't crack it open, well ... hrmmm ... it will dry on its own, but mildew could form and eventually shorten the life of the phone. Give it 24 hours and turn it on.

make sure you clean the contact where the battery hooks on. If that gets corroded, it wont work.

Maybe, but I just want to know if the Spanish nation name belongs to a Spanish speaking person. I'm just intrigued because Oso would be easy to find, but the Antipático piques my curiosity. :)

use the proper screwdriver and completely take it apart.. (make sure to remember how it was assembled).. then use the Hair drier.

6 hour later re-assemble it and turn it on... depending on the phone you have a 50/50 shot.

BTW about warranty.. Water "accidents" are not covered.. and forget about telling them it was something else... these phones have a small fiver-cell capable of telling them if water made it inside.

¿Sí, pero qué si consigue el molde?

Perdón mi mal español. Lo aprendí trabajando en restaurantes, siendo levantado en Tejas, y leyendo las lecciones de Sinuhue.

What do you do with your cellphones? I pity whatever cellphone ends up in your hands next.

Si consigue el molde puede hacer galletas. Si le sale moho va a tener un teléfono apestoso :)

Me sentiría mal para cualquier persona que necesitó hacer una llamada de su teléfono. :D
