I assume this has to do with the US, due to the poll.

Could be. That last description could fit a good 85% of the Republican party. The other 10% are female; the remaining 5% are more or less not corrupt.

I wouldn't vote for any of the choices, either i don't think they would win, I disagree with their policies, they won't run anyway or all 3. There were several other far more likely choices this poll could of had, but out of the choices I'd pick Rudy.

all the other candidates suck too much to make even this list

That's no great feat. Giving the liberals more choices means that the republicans can lump up and create some creepy multi-candidate flesh golem.

What an idiotic poll. Reality check: you have to include a balanced, wide list of real, possible candidates, starting with the high-profile ones if there's a limit on options, and always including an 'other' option. Yours doesn't even include John McCain for crying out loud, and he'll probably get the GOP nomination. Instead you include at least two people who almost certainly aren't running, and bias the entire poll heavily towards women and Democrats. Try again.

McCain will never get the nomination because as much of a kiss ass manchurian candidate he is, the GOP is in the dark about it as much as the average person is.

Lol. John, why don't you go and play a little solitaire.

I don't really agree, though. He's a moderate who's won an image-battle with the President and party leadership, he's high-profile, and he has the potential to attract a lot of Independents and center, center-left, and rightish Democrats. Especially if Hillary Clinton or someone else conservatives can't stand is the Democratic nominee, I can see a McCain Presidency.

Out of this list, only Al Gore, Hillary Clinton* and Rudi Giuliani would have any hope of receiving my vote (* - note that Clinton would only earn my vote if the Republicans fielded a neocon or other far-right-wing candidate). As for the rest...

Barbara Boxer - the public generally perceives her as a "liberal", ensuring that she won't earn the presidential nomination from either party
Oprah Winfrey - Book club and popular TV show do not a good President make
Condoleeza Rice - No neocon will see even the merest hint of my vote
Corrupt male *insert other adjectives here* Republican - No, thank you... especially if said Republican is Bill Frist, Rick Santorum, Tom DeLay, Dennis Hastert, or the like

Secondly: At least I am a "N00b" who can spell and/or at least put up a visage of, or actually have, intelligence.

None of those, that's for sure.

If Russ Feingold ran, I might be convinced to vote Democrat, but most of the other choice vary between incompetant, inane, or insidious. Of that bunch of spineless lefties and social authoritarians (or both, in Hillary's case), I'd probably choose between Al Gore (a nice, moderate, with a good track record) or Rudy Gulliani (better than Hillary).\

If Oprah ran for president, I'd kill myself.

I suppose I'll make a serious reply and say that I could vote for Giuliani, McCain, Feingold, or perhaps Gore. Hillary is an obnoxious bitch who supported the war in Iraq, voting rights for felons, and universal healthcare. A.k.a. unjustified wars, soft on crime, and bloated, slow, inefficient, ineffective healthcare bureaucracy. I second the notion of suicide at a nomination attempt by Oprah Winfrey.

Healthcare for everyone? Preposterous!

What the hell is everyone's problem with universal healthcare? You realize the US spends more money on healthcare per capita than any other nation and gets shit done with it because it is all privatized and basically run by insurance companies.

I personally like Hillary on most issues (although I don't like her policies on healthcare, though being the son of two doctors I'm obviously biased.) I do hope she'll have enough sense and humility to know she can't win and turn it over to someone with a better shot. I like Sen. Feingold a lot and think he'd make a great president.
