So this teenage kid who dresses in slacks, button down shirts and a bowtie, like CNN's Tucker Carlson, needs help finding a girlfriend. Who would have thought such a stud would need help in the lady department? Anyway, he's enlisted the help of the bowtie crowd's best friend, Mtv, to help him get laid.

You know, I think it's really the bowtie that's fucking him over.

I tend to agree but remember, we're dealing with someone who thinks wearing a bowtie to school is cool, so it may also be his personality.

MTV can't even play good music. What makes him think they can get him laid?

Hey I know a guy who wears a bowtie... okay he only does that with his suit, but he also wears suspenders with English hunting scenes on them. He's still a cool guy.

The high school's hall monitor, John Smith, has known Burgess for a couple of years, and the 60-year-old says he's tried to offer the teenager tips on how to snag a date.

" 'You got a brand new car,' " Smith says he tells Burgess. " 'If you want to be a lady's man, get rid of this (tie) because ladies don't want to be with a guy who wears a tie all the time.' "
Listen to the old man, boyo.

Well, their main viewer demographic seems to be female highschool freshmen and sophomores. Seems logical to me.

Not in the high school sense of the word cool. Teenagers aren't too comfortable with someone who dresses radically different. Particularly when the style of dress is the archetypical nerd outfit.

Well that's true. But what do High-schoolers know anyways?

Hey, at least this kid in the story is wearing a bowtie instead of a pocket-protector or taped-up glasses. Now that would be an archetypal nerd. *shudder*

I'd be impressed if MTV got him laid without doing a big make over. Like if they got a load of desperte girls and gave him a load of viagra and locked them all in a classroom. Now that's entertainment.

High-schoolers know two very important things.

1) Where the good drugs are
2) Where the parties with teen girls are

LOL:D

EDIT - Too late Mr. Commies. You are a dirty old man.:p
