I once went for a walk in the woods when I was bored. About 11 miles later on the far side of the woods, I found a phone, called home and asked Mom if she would come pick me up. It was about a 25 mile drive for her. She came (my mom was the best) and we stopped for ice cream on the way back.

She did agree that it was a good way to relieve boredom, but asked if I might just let her know before I did it again so she wouldn't have to spend all afternoon wondering where I had gotten to.

I always knew when it was time to change jobs because I would get bored and start doing stoopid things. Heh!

seriously??? I enjoy shooting, but unless you have private land, it is so expensive..... There is a local place we went to in St. Louis, and it had an outdoor pistol range/rifle range. My buddy brought his SKS, and we stood right next to some kid shooting a .22 rifle. The kid was shooting every 10 seconds or so, "clank.......................................clank"

My buddy opens fire with his SKS, which is semi-auto, but pulling the trigger pretty darn quickly... gives the whole "rat tat tat tat tat tat tat tat tat tat" which not only tears up the target, makes the barrel red hot to the touch, but makes the kid's jaw drop......... The joys firearms can bring..... clean, safe, a little expensive, but highly entertaining.....

I don't get bored, I don't have time to be bored. If for some weird reason I do get any time that's not previously occupied, I do laundry, clean out the garage, plan my grocery list.........yeah, I don't have time to get bored.

If you have Firefox, I strongly suggest you get StumbleUpon. It's an extra part of firefox where you choose some of your choice subjects from a list, press a button and bam! it directs you to a random site within your interest range.

Plus you can set it to look for porn. ¬_¬

Well, I was bored on the 15th. It being the Ides of March and all, I had to do something to celebrate - so I went to the store and bought some material to make a tunic and toga. Now, togas are very fun to wear (and even more fun to watch people's reaction to them, especially when there's absolutely no reason to be wearing one), so I've worn it around town when I felt like I was getting too mundane. It helps to entertain myself. :)

Hell no, it's TEXAS! It's never cold in the winter here. We occaisionally get a little bit of frost, but nothing lasts longer than a week tops.

More of a shack, actually an historic building in the area. But very small and with a lot of foot molds. But at the slightest provication he'll take you frame by frame through that bigfoot footage...
