Well, I would hope it's not just a Jewish thing.
When I was in Auschwitz/Birkenau a couple of years ago, they had a similar picture, taken after the liberation of the camp. I don't know if it was of a victim of a similar "starving experiment", but it was of an equally emaciated woman.
And there it actually occurred to me for I think the first time that all my life I had seen all these pictures of emaciated naked bodies stacked up like cordwood or thrown into ditches, but never once I had stopped to actually realize that to look like that in death they actually had look like that when they were still alive. Unbelievable.

The Google Image search looks for pictures named after what you searched for. If a third party decides to name their image something off topic, well nothing much you can do about it.

Not really a google problem, more of a web master problem. The person either named the picture something to get caught by a bot or someone google bombed them
