Bourbons and ginger thins. Also, to bring some spelling fascism to the thread, it's biscuit.

You know what else rocks? Shortbread, that's what else rocks. Shortbread, with a nice single malt. Mmm. And my slippers.

Why do the English call them biscuits (which to me are lovely, flaky hot baked sconelike things served with butter and honey) and the Americans call them cookies. Please explain "digestive".

Oh, and I like Scottish Shortbread.

Honey and butter is good, but cream gravy is king. Made from the grease dripping from the sausage you eat with the biscuits and gravy.

Lots of tobasco, too, please.

I'm a yankee, I like my biscuits with butter and honey. I had biscuits and gravy for the first time in Virginia and was an instant convert, however.
