Nothing condemnatory here--just found it funny. Mary Carey, former candidate for governor of California, went to DC for the NRCC convention. She was on Scarborough Country a couple of nights ago--video available here (http://www.crooksandliars.com/2006/03/17.html#a7561). Here's a brief transcript, via Crooks and Liars.
Scarborough: When you're in Washington DC, hanging out with the Republicans, are they on their best behaviour?
Carey: I actually get hit on more in Washington DC, by Republicans that are drunk than I do by porno fans in Vegas.
Scarborough: You've done enough damage to the GOP...
Carey: I want to do damage to you.
Mary Carey isn't high on my list of favorite porn stars, but you know what they say--different strokes for different folks. :D

But I thought the GOP was the party of morality and good American values. Then again, pornstars are quickly turning into a valuable national resource. One of the few we'll have left soon, I think.

I heard that Arnold gets the same treatment.
I'd have an issue if any of the particular politicians refered to were ones that campaigned so as to tighten socio-legal control over people's private sexual conduct, but that withstanding, I dont mind if politicians are drunken bimbos; at least it would seem that none of the ones in this case were getting sucked off under desk in the oval office which is always a plus...:p
(for anyone wondering, yes the 'always a plus...:p ' can be taken however you like it, after all if it's good enough to for politicians....;) )

The difference there is that Arnold doesn't really have fans.....so there is no comparison in that right.
