GRrrr...
my best coat smells like my ex's perfume cos we used to... well.

Anyway, i aint over her and i get depressed when im reminded of her.

BUT I LOVE MY COAT.

What should i do??!

No washing it doesnt work.

(cries).

Ive tried smoking it too. (leaves by fireplace.)

i purposely spill vodka on it and the result is i just get drunk AND reminded of her when i smell it.

Am i weird?

That after smell is both the best and worst. When everythings new and your all excited about her that smell left on your clothes or you pillow is like taking a breath after you have been holding it. When she's gone and she's never coming back it's either like being kicked in the gut or being cut off on the freeway depending on how you feel about her.

I'd suggest covering it with another smell, but that's usually not the best way to go about removing a smell. Try... a mix of water and vinegar. Or water and lemon juice. Or a mix of all three - really acidic, but it's good for removing smells.

It was too easy to pass up. Even an angel can end up falling, just like I can falter.

How do you think I know it ;)

Didn't smoke as much as you did, but when I did febreze always came in handy :)

The Drycleaners are your friends. They will make it so.

Take it to the dry cleaner.

Perfume smells because of volatile chemicals in it, eventually they will all evaporate away, unless it contained something like ambergris, I dont think that evaporates.

My cologne has ambergris in it :D
