Any plans for the weekend yet? Anything good you're looking foward to?
I'm headed to my new house early tommorrow morning-we have a home inspection scheduled and I want to be there for it. I havent been there in a week and I'm looking foward to seeing the carpeting done, lights installed-test the appliances, etc...

I'm probably going to behave oddly.

It's still a little too cool and dry outside for my taste. But spring is coming and with it, lots of mud. :)

:fluffle: *is looking forward greatly to sunday* :)

And on the saturday I'll be having a lie-in, cleaning the house, doing some homework, taking some time to relax, adding more to this life plan thing I've been making (sorting out what I want to change about my life and figuring out how I'll do that), then babysitting in the evening with some adorably cute kids. All the while daydreaming about sunday with Huw, heh :p :D

This is the first weekend in at least a month that someone else in my family didn't have plans that required my time. So, I am leaving them all at home and going to lunch with a friend that I haven't seen since last August.

You guys are getting a new house? Awesome! Are your kids excited?

I'm going to an open house tomorrow at the Faculty of Law. We get to meet our profs, have lunch with them, and hang out with some second and third years students just to talk about the program. I'm very excited!

Yeah- Its almost done, They are still sealing logs for the fireplace mantle and the stair bannisters/railings.
The kids couldnt be more excited. We have a lot of property and it backs up on thousands of acres of federal land.

Sounds good for you- meeting with them to familiarize yourself and get some insight-have fun!!

I have to be home fairly early-its a long ride. Friends are giving us a going away party. That I could do without.

Hell yeah!

The "20th annual reunion tour" of my 18th birthday party continues. The tour began Tuesday night after work. Tonight was actually a liver break.

Tomorrow night another bar, then either Sunday or Tuesday a BBQ/cherry blossom viewing party* in the park. (Tuesday is the rain date, and it looks like rain - the alternate tour stop is yet another bar.)

*I live in Japan. You better effing believe we do that sort of thing here. :D:cool:

We're moving to the country. On a lake. Both deer and bear tracks through my yard. Last time I was there I saw a fox. Coyotes howling at night.

Its not suburbia yet.

just keep in mind the times you said you wished you hadnt had those last three beers or shots.
It may save your foot wear or that of a loved one.
