(Might also be known as Roast Mushrooms on Toast?)
A friend of mine is looking for a traditional recipe for mushroom toast. Being a fan of mushrooms, I would like to learn it, too.
Evidently, it involves some portions of:
sliced mushrooms
milk
butter
flour (or cornstarch)
salt &/or pepper
Does anyone have a recipe for this?
