So far the official platform (as decided by the birthday boy, that is to say me) is:
1) Everyone is entitled to:
a) free drinks for all at all times (be they alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
b) free cake every day of the year.
c) wear their birthday suit in public at all times.
(The other suggestions not really in line with the theme, good as they might be.)

Register at dunkin donuts for gifts.
Change their birthdate to the closest time conveinent.
Get wasted on days that end in "Y".
May have pinyatas shaped like his or her ______ (fill in the blank).
May get wasted and burn down random Wal-Marts.

I want a 8th day added to the week, birthday obviously. Everyone is entitled to wear badges proclaim it is their birthday and recieve free tacos on that day. It should go in between thursday and friday.
