It is the Ides of March (the anniversary of Caesar's assassination). Are you doing anything to mark it?

Getting back a test I failed which will probably fuck over my GPA and scholarship.

It's a big day for UK politics, people have been saying that Tony Blair needs to "beware the Ides of March" for quite a while. His education reforms will be voted on tonight; will it be a Labour Bill carried with Labour votes...?

Yes I do, the Brutii have occupied most of Eastern Europe and Russia. Not for long...

What's an Ide? I always picture a cross between a deer and a hare, but I'm not sure if that's right.

In Rome, Ides was originally the day of a Full Moon. Later, its date became fixed as the 15th day of March, May, July & October and the 13th day in other months.

I'm testing the limits of my superstition by debating whether to go shopping or not. I need stuff, but it's awfully windy out...hmm...

I'll probably stab an emperor in the back. Know any emperors? Thrre's one in Japan, but that's kind of far.
Maybe the zoo has an emperor penguin. *sigh*

I can help there. I'll use my emperor creating stick and name you:

Long may your reign prosper and may your silliness be held up as beacon for us all.
Now you can go stab yourself in the back.

I am wearing my flat sheet as a toga and going to the store for some grapes. I hope they don't look at me like I am strange, I hate it when people look at me like I am strange. What is strange about a grown man wearing a toga while buying produce?

Is that an Emperor Creating Stick+2? Because you know that most of them are cursed, and end up permanently dropping your charisma by 2 an have a -2 adjustment to AC.

Hah! My birthday's a day before Caesar was murdered.
Well, Blair's flagship education reforms are being voted on in the commons today and whilst I think a collective stabbing isn't quite on the cards there'll be enough rebels to make him rely on Tory votes (embarassing to say the least).
Unlike old Julius though, I doubt it'll be the end of his premiership.
