id give away one tank for each new baby born to a married couple. the couple may do with it as they please but i would have an agency set up to help them sell the thing as far away from my country as possible.
Kill off all the nazis, force the liberals and conservatives to meet halfway about everything, post the tanks on the border in case of an attack and watch my country grow.

Save the resources and send the consevatives to invade resource rich regions, you know, Bush style. Then I'd have the communists look after the supplies and the low income jobs (just sounds like an "ok" idea). Then have the liberals control the government, declare myself God and decide only the major issues.
Then I'd just give the nazis there own little commune, just to keep them from bothering the other citizens.

Selling the tanks doesn't mean not getting a few guns and organising a police body. And the banks and oil corporations wouldn't let their main money laundering / tax evasion facility just go away, would they?
