I do apologise, i was not aware of whether or not this was classified as RP

There's no need for that tone. I was merely suggesting that since your entire idea is in fact an RP, it should surely be in an RP forum, not General. Though your first post is not an RP in of itself, it sets one up and can therefore be seen as the starting post for an RP.
