What makes your nation the best?

Speaking in terms of real life nations now (and please don't bash each others nations, I know there is some Hatred for the US especially). What makes your nation unique, a joy to just know you are from there....

For me, freedom is something that alot of people take for granted, and I love every moment of freedom being an American gives me. Freedom is not truly "free" is something our troops are out proving now... What about your country makes it (and its people) great....

Canada?

I like snow, and our summers are great, not to mention I lov our flag, and we're not in any real wars too often. Not to mention we're a member of every last anti-NBC organization on Earth.

The UK is cool because it doesn't need any cheap symbolism to know what it is.

thankyou for that Pythogria... I wanted to get views on real life nations, then we can expand into the fantasy realm as well......

I can honestly say I have never heard of anyone going to Canada without saying it is very clean, very beautiful, and very much filled with goddess-like women. Is this the case??

Germany is not nationalistic, and nobody waves any flags unless there's a football game. I like that.

Civil liberties.

I don't make anything prohibited unless it protects some one elses rights. Such as the ban on stealing or killing.

As to the U.S.A. it's constition allows for progress.

Portugal: great weather, gastronomy and college degree quality. An absolutely democratic nation.
But still needs a cultural boost

Infinite variety. In the United States, we have every good and bad person, place or thing you could possibly imagine.

Except soccer hooligans. But I'm working on that. :)

Where exactly do you plan on moving to that, in your opinion, is better than America?

I don't think Canada is necessarily the best, but the reasons i love it are that it is very multi-cultural, multi-faith, etc. We have all kinds of different people living here, in relative harmony. I also love that we still have so much untamed wilderness. It's a huge country but not a lot of people live here, so there is so much beautiful land to just admire.

I love America. I love the freedoms, the infinite variety in people and landscape. I love the fact that we can recognize our flaws and try to remedy them. What's not to like.

I am relatively certain you're awesome.

To answer the OP, I honestly don't care where I live as long as I can live out my dream. And my dream is quite simple. America seems highly suited to my living style, but any country that can afford electricity and water would work for me.

Countries suck.

The weather in Canada during the summer is nice, and we seem to have alot of hot porn stars with Quebec accents.

Christine Young is a reason to be proud you're Canadian. ;)

In all honesty, my nation pretty much sucks. I mean, there are much worse places to live, by far, but I'm not a fan of living in the farthest right "Western" "Democracy".

We do have a lot of space though, I suppose.
