If abortion (The killing of an unborn human.) is illegal, why isn't masturbation? When you masturbate you are basicly killing unborn humans. So why is it legal?
Firstly, abortion isn't illegal.
Secondly, the justification usually given is that a fetus is a potential human, since it has a full set of chromosomes, while sperm are utterly useless until one fertilizes the ovum.

Not really. The problem is not the slaughter of sperm, it's the "unnatural" use of a sex organ for non-procreative purposes.

Must have changed the theology then as 50 years ago it was killing all those sperm. We only killed them late Sunday night through Friday because we went to Confession Saturday night to confess to killing them, then had to "stay pure" until after Communion on Sunday morning. :D

Question 2: in general, when a woman gets pregnant, only one of the mans sperms actually made it. All the others, which also could have become humans, died.
So.. why is this legal ?
