How often is it the case? Someone claiming a moral high-ground suddenly gets caught doing stupid illegal crap.

And the "Ex" part was due to a last second resignation when they knew the story was coming out, so he was actually with the administration during his petty crime spree.
This guy was one of the darlings of the religious right. He was a big abstinence only crusader, and led several assaults on AIDS service organizations as well. This paragon of moral values was personally recruited by Karl Rove. A couple of days ago, Claude Allen was arrested in connection with a massive shoplifting and refund operation.
Again, another example of "do as I say, not as I do," moralizing from the right. How long until people get tired of it and start using their ballots wisely?
