What extreme are you?

What extreme political belief best matches you? You don't actually have to be in this belief, but if you were forced to join a extreme party, what would it be?

POLL COMING

Don't need a poll. I am not politically extreme at all. I believe in the happy medium on almost all fronts except personal liberties. I have a strong belief in liberty. But I don't consider that extreme. I consider that American.

The only extreme in my life is extreme silliness. http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/aetsch/cheeky-smiley-006.gif

My late grandmother and my mom always had good things to say about Mussolini, so I guess if forced to live under one of those leaders I'd choose him.

Of all of the leaders you listed I'd choose Mussolini simply because he's the best of a bad bunch. He didn't use serious violence anything like as much as the others.

I'd probably have to go with Mussolini simply because he's the most likely to let me leave. :p

I would join Mao's Communist Party. I have been claimed a communist so this is the extreme I would take.

However, I am more into Trostky communism or socialism along with Lenin's view.

I'd prefer extremely moderate indecisiveness.

This poll is like asking "What weapon do you use to kill people?"

I don't kill people. (Or at least, I've never been caught >>) So I couldn't answer that poll, and I can't answer this.

well I was going to put Anarchy up, but decided not to(since I assumed most people would pick that)

I want total control. I'd be benevolent to my people, but I want the ability to remove ethics and progress in the name of science.

Well, Pinochet is probably responsible for the fewest deaths on the list, and he wore awesome sunglasses...so I'll go with Pinochet.

I'd have to say Pinochet, although I don't think he really fit the definition of fascist by a long shot.

I'd say Mussolini, the best of a poor lot. Even if he did try to force the Italians from their very correct priorities of good food, good conversation, afternoon naps and the opposite sex. (not necessarily in that order).

Mussolini, just because occasionally I get fits of almost darwinistically low opinions of the plastic I have to deal with at work.

Mussolini, Pinochet, or Mao; Mussolini and Pinochet didn't kill nearly as many people as the others, and Mao instituted some very beneficial reforms in China.

If you're talking about political parties, I'll go with the Maoists, because most of them aren't anywhere near as crazy as he was, and take the best from the ideology (anti-colonialism and anti-racism to supplement anti-capitalism).

On that note I would say that I am extremely moderate. On most subjects anyway.

Perhaps I would've selected some fascist extreme. I'm somewhat nationalistic (but for rational reasons, see links 1, 2, 3). Also, all kinds of silly hierarchy displays would've been fun; for example, high fascist officials got nice insignia, a car with a private driver, and so on.

It isn't a good sign that one of my relatives was a high Soviet official.

(It is impossible that a Communist country would achieve any of these, and very unlikely for a Fascist country.)

Which dictator would most likely be extremely right winged socially and support free market?

Mussolini. He wasn’t really that bad of a guy compared to the other’s listed.

Why is Pinochet so popular?

I picked Mussolini. You know, I might actually have liked living there.

He was a fascist, but not a racist. He also supported free market economy?

Yes, I would have loved to live there

Living there would be nice unless you were a man of conscription age in the late 30’s and early 40’s. Spectacularly failed military campaigns aren’t the best way to live your life.
