Best RP-ing NS nation (in terms of detail and structure)
Could anybody point me to a few good ones?
I don't really know what I'm asking when I say "best RP-ing nation" so don't ask me to clarify :)

We don't really do RP in General. Your best bet is to start an OOC thread in II, asking for some goof RPers.
Oh sorry, I thought you weren't allowed to make OOC threads there. Meh, ok, could a mod please delete/lock this?

Find any thread in international incidents involving:
Sarzonia
Mauiwowee
Euroslavia
Tokaleu
and read through them, you'll be off to a good start.

Could I advise against making this thread in II, or at least in these terms - it might generate friction. A better idea might simply be to look through the II stickies, which has some good RPs linked.

Sorry about giving you bad information. I haven't been in II since before the Great Migration, so I don't know how it goes down in there now. Back in my day, OOC threads were permitted.
