The only reason this comic is still around because old people have too much time on their hands and if the newspaper stop running them, they'll write stupid letters.

Agreed. Though I do laugh when I see the parodies where they make Jeffrey go psycho, and whathaveyou.

Casual indifference. I'm not into it but it doesn't harm me to be on the comics page. Even speaking as someone who reads the whole thing, it seems a bit extreme to get worked up over one a strip like Family Circus. It seems like yelling at a marshmallow. You can do it...
