What is your favorite...

What is your favorite sport! (Or) What sport you hate. Just say why its a cool sport (or why not). No rules just keep it clean. You can vote for more than one thing in the poll. And if you made a new sport up then talk about it! Just makesure its not too related to a known sport.

And I have not put these sports in any order. Just so you know. and if I didnt put you sport up just pick other. Dont make a fuss about it.

I know that I used the wrong which in the poll. I was writing it really fast. Please dont laugh.

Well I just started a new store and I need to show it off. Just started though so do get to mad at that there may be to little up.....

Here it is= http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=10531427#post10531427

I am a tennis guy. I play on my school team and I guess you can say that I'm good.

Football is great but I dont play on the school team.

I dont really like Track too much. It is really a sport drawn out. Like the 400m or 1000m. Just make it like 500m and make people run that. But also I'm not to good in it.....

Hockey is my favorite sport. I loved playing pick-up games on the pond when I was a kid. It's one of the few sports that I enjoy watching on tv no matter if my favorite team is playing or not. IMO there is no experience like it when you get to see an NHL game live.

I will not put down other sports. Not even NASCAR racing. To do so would be, quite frankly, ignorant of the passion the fans have for their particular sport.

One more thing:
I am a New York Rangers diehard fan!

I wonder about the intent of this sentence.

American football, because I played it. Then soccer, because I used to play it. Then baseball, because of the Red Sox. Then nothing.

My favourite sports to play: swimming, soccer, horseback riding (Don't think it's a sport? Go spend two hours trying to get a rambunctious, unruly, uncooperative horse to go where you want, in the order you want, at the pace you want, then tell me how you feel the next day).

Favourite sports to watch: swimming, soccer, college football, F1.

Oh, you've never heard about it... I'll go and cry about that some more as I wonder why no one cares...

I'm on the local Boat Club, stupid school system doesn't consider Rowing a sport and so we don't row under their name. (Just because the old teams from the 70's did some crazy shit doesn't mean the really old school board members who DON'T DIE EVER should keep rowing down in the school district. Oh, and to get your picture in the little Hall of Fame for sports and stuff you pretty much have to go to the Olympics for Rowing at my school, at least that's what 1 of the 2 up there had to do...) And that's my rant, *bows out*

YES!!! I actually like watching the Dakar Rally, F1 is pretty sweet and since getting The Speed Channel I found the real reason behind NASCAR. Where in something like F1 it is more the driver, NASCAR is more car and team. The driver just has to get it to make 500 left turns. It is the crew who set up the car and tell the driver what to do and such that is the real strategy in the race. Amazing what you can learn from TV.

I love to snowboard too. Not so much the park dog (I'll go in occasionally), more the all mountain rider. Love the steeps, the trees, and the powpow.:)

Gliding/Soaring I guess is a sport as well. Having to push and pull them around a field all day, oh wait, got a truck for that;) . Super fun though, just the sensation. Way different than power flying. You've got to "feel" the air and study your surroundings to keep the craft in the air.

If you mean olympic-style 2000m race, then add me to the list of ppl who like that sport. It's great to watch, cause it looks so easy and fluid (excuse the pun). But once you try it, you realise how damn hard it is. Also, no matter how much you practise, you can never feel you've mastered the sport. Ever single bloody stroke is important. No let up, ever.

I also enjoy powerlifting and weightlifting. But I am a meathead.

I'm originally from Portland OR, so of course I'm a basketball fan, too bad my Blazers can't get their shit together, at least there are two other teams out there with worse records.

I also like Football, and I don't give a shit what anyone says, the Seahawks were ROBBED. Superbowl XL, the only real winner; The Officials.

I also like Hockey, how could anyone find that game "boring"? It doesn't stop unless the reff says so, and even then sometimes it takes a fight, which is a game within a game if you think about it ;)

I said "speed rowing" to distinguish it from the image of fishermen rowing their two-oar boat out into the lake.

Yes, I am referring to the olympic style 2000m race in the long skinny boats. I used to be on a rowing team, unfortunately didn't have time for it among other things. But I still enjoy watching. And yeah, it does look easy and fluid, but it is really hard and strenuous.

There is nothing better than a live hockey game.

I couldn't believe it when I transferred to a new university and asked how much hockey tickets usually were and they told me we didn't have a hockey team. I think we're the only university in the state with no hockey team, and I'm a sad sad panda.
