Who would you miss if he/she suddenly left?

i miss TIN. the forums were just better back when he was still spamming it up. him and tink and moleland. i also miss Alien Born for debating goodness
i did miss peechie but she came back :fluffle:
though i still miss oksana :(

as for the current crop, i think i'd miss pretty much any of you. cabra, i'd miss you (:fluffle: ), i'd miss glitziness (obviously but if i can still see her IRL then its ok :P), kanabia, whereyouthinkyougoing, kilobugya, LG, eut... pretty much all the regulars i know (and am probably leaving out tons of em but i can't list em all or think of em all off the top of my head...)

there's also a bunch of older posters like LP and TPE, even DC(reborn) who hardly seem to post at all nowadays. miss them too.

Right now-I miss Muntoo. I havent seen her on in a long time and hope she's alright.

I miss Adrian Barbeau Bot aka King Pest as of recent. He was so funny. Zooke because she was a very special person. Cogitation...dunno where he's been. Crap I cant think very well right now. TIN for sure. Oh heck and Occidio. Damn I miss her.

I refuse to list who I WOULD miss.

I think I kinda miss Neo-A, she was cool.

There's a few people I'd probably miss a bit if they left....Sinuhue because I usually think she's right, then people like Neo Kervoskia, Fiddlebottoms, Kanabia...because they're funny and help liven the place up a bit, giving a little bit of what used to be more regular round here.

Then there's loads of other people I'd probably miss for various reasons, especially the people who have been posting regularly for as long as I can remember, because they've always sort of 'been there' like a constant of NS General. Most people are probably in this category.

There are a few I wouldn't really miss, but I'll not list them.

Well, as far as I know she was visiting her parents for a week, which meant very limited internet access only. She posted a little on our regional board. But methinks the week should be over by now.

This is going to sound really cold, but I don't think I'd really miss very many people. Three months ago I would've had a list to beat all lists, but then I went and got a more interesting job, a more interesting social life (that consists mainly of spending much of my time with my boyfriend), and stopped liking my computer at all.

Don't get me wrong, I still value my "friends"-of-sorts in the same high regard, and I'm still secretly formulating the best possible option to track down the most attractive poster IRL (for an innocent coffee date, I swear!)....but the most I'd miss at this point, quitting NS entirely, is this sweet, momentary distraction before I head out to do something else. Or, like....Saturday, when I had TONS of time to kill.

But I digress.

I suppose I'll say Nation of Fortune, because now that I have a face and real name to that.....he's probably a little closer to me.

Me, I'd miss Cornelieu. Not for any personal agreement I have with him; to be honest, I'm pretty much opposed to him on general principle. But he does have this incredibly unique ability to rouse other sages of the board from their slumber and deliver some withering commentary that usually turns out to be quite informative and entertaining.

Not to seem like I'm just trying to return the favor, but Sdaeriji is part of the General experience. Wouldn't be the same. Same goes for Bottle, though she doesn't post that much these days. Lunatic Goofballs as well.

The car guys, Boonyducks and The Downward Marching Void(who, now that I think of it, hasn't posted in a while...) Those guys are fun to talk to.

I try to pop in once in a while when I can at work, but I hope to get the internet back on at home soon. Thank you for thinking of me.

The players in Nation States that I miss the most have been my favourite residents of Wysteria that have moved on, especially the ones from early on. Wysterian players like Carbo, Mrrt, Cleo, Han Shan, the True North, the Bengals, Cyberdonia (now played as a puppet by someone else), Meddlingdorf, and Blackbears (whose player died in RL) who all really helped shape the region I am a founder of.

I’ve had a lot of contact over the years with other players in other regions and most of them are still kicking around today. I was sorry to see Dune and most of my friends from B5Tech have their nations die in obscurity. I was also sorry to see Koffee (the player gone and now played as a puppet) go as he had a lot to do with the players of Wysteria at one time. The player that I never had much to do with that I was sorriest to see leave the game was Stephistan. She was very intelligent and did what she could to make the conversations in the forums better to read.

I miss the old regulars....the old #nationstates_general crowd, the old Tech/Mod forum crowd, etc. Those were the good times....heck, you all helped keep me sane my junior year of high school (2003-04). I won't mention names, but if you were there, you know who you are.

A while back she was one of my regular TG correspondents. We engaged in regular sparring matches over which of us was more fit to be the Supreme Ruler of the Multiverse. :p She left because of something nasty that someone did to her (don't know exactly what) in Paradise Beach, I think.
