Which of the aforementioned subjects (war, peace, imagination, and technology) has had the most influence on humanity?

In my opinion, war. It has changed the geography of the world (countries taken over, etc.) inspired authors and movie makers (Illiad, Odyssey to name two VERY famous books/poems), and motivated countries to make technological, scientific, and medical advances, just for starters

All four play their part. Without imagination technology could not take off as far as it does, without War humanity would fall into lethargy, without peace humanity would never progress.

Imagination, which fueled technology, followed by War, which fueled Technology...Technology subsequently assists in imagination war and peace.....Peace doesn't do much....stupid lazy hippie.

with out war we would never had the motivation or reason for the technology like satilites for example. most technology starts off in the military and then transfers to the commercial market.
The Nazi scientists did the world alot of good by commiting the attrocities at the various concentration camps, without which we would have very little knowledge about infections and the mind as we know it today

I would say technology because it impacts modern living in many many ways... including the internet. Certainly technological advances are inspired by war but still, the interconnectedness was not somehthing I accounted for because that would create a war-technology overlap that would be difficult to sort out. I would not consider war on its own to be too influential because war is sort of commonplace throughout history and on its own just represents meaningless changes in power.

War, definately. Can't really influence people any more than the senseless killing of random people who don't know each other.

Without Imagination, the neanderthal man James T. War (Widely credited with the creation of the very idea of war) would never have thought that things would be better for him if he just owned the neighboring village and subsequently started the very first war to get it. Imagination created war, War+Imagination Created Technology. therefoere, without Imagination, all we would be left with is peace, which never did anybody any good.
