I like my pancakes with a little Baileys in the whipped cream and served with peaches...
Anyone got some intresting ways of serving them??

Syrup and butter. Maybe blue berries.
What you got already sounds rather interesting.

There's an Austrian variation of Pancacke called Kaiserschmarren:

Kaiserschmarren


Ingredients for 4 people:

* 6 eggs
* 200 grams cake or pastry flour
* 50 grams sugar
* 250 milliliters milk
* pinch of salt
* 20 grams or raisins

* butter
* powdered sugar
* plum or apple puree

Recipe

Separate the egg whites from yolks.
Thoroughly mix the yolks, sugar, milk and flour.
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff.
Add stiff egg whites into the dough and fold carefully.

Melt butter in a large pan, pour in the dough and sprinkle in raisins. Let cook on one side for a few minutes, turn over and tear into pieces with a fork.

Be careful not to overcook the pancakes, otherwise they will dry out. Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve with plum or apple puree.

Will give that a go..With the raisins it sounds like it may be nice drizzeled with Gran Mariner..

Wow.... now, that I just have to go and try :eek:

Pancakes with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Also, take a sausage link and wrap a pancake around it, drizzle it with syrup ...

so its:
2 eggs
2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of water
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar

Repeat resipy till u have as much as u whant
wisk till at right consistancy
Fry

Topped with butter and molasses (treacle).

I think I might actually make it to IHOP for my free pancakes today :D
