You too can be blessed with the overwhelming, but fleeting, agony of one of Chuck's godly roundhouse kicks!!

Note: The joke is not that the game cannot be beaten - it can!

If there was any novelty to this fad, it has long since disappeared.

Simple: we don't, but it makes up laugh.

If there was any novelty to this fad, it has long since disappeared.

You assume that we've all been involved in it for a while. Some of us just took it up! :p

If I was female, I'd be swooning over that man. As I am a straight male, I'm only coming dangerously close.

It's not just NS General. I can't go through a short shift at work without hearing the Chuck Norris crap. It's all over Myspace and Facebook, as well as springing up on colleagues' websites. Even one of my friends, a serious movie reviewer who gets paid for what he does, is allegedly tossing in Chuck-isms, though I don't know his website so I can't say for absolutely sure.

On the other hand, once in awhile there are some new ones that I'll hear that will make me chuckle. But by and large, I agree that here at least, it's been beaten beyond death. Let it go, NS Gen.....I'm sick of hearing the same crap over and over about the esteemed Mr Norris

And how many of you were even old enough to experience Walker, Texas Ranger the FIRST time through, anyway? How many of you know the humour of the first very few episodes, before there WAS a roundhouse kick?

Swooning over him? Are you mad? If you were a female, like me, I'm sure you'd change your mind about that...

Oh Simonist, you speak of Chuck as if Walker was his first gig. Do you even know of his kickassedness (yes, it's a word) in "Missing in Action"?

THAT (http://www.impawards.com/1984/missing_in_action.html) it the Chuck Norris of legend!

Walker - Texas Ranger is just a new thing, just to pay for his 69 kid's colleges. ;)
