Interesting little excercise I thought up. Pick a person or group that you hate or extremely dislike, (you may or may not know the person personally) and pick a redeeming feature that they have.

I'll start. Bush. The non oil energy policy he suggested seems like an extremely good idea. Who's next?

Well, my ex. Some of the things she does might just be because she thinks it would hurt me if she did things otherwise. (But they are few...)

Racists are a small, dying, interbreeding minority that is happily killing itself slowing and painfully. That's most certainly a good thing.

Fundamentalists spend lots of time in church, which keeps them off the streets and prevents them bothering others. :D

Skiers without poles, snowbladers and snowboarders who heel edge down the mountain all generally go once a year and usually leave with something brokern thus keeping lines in the lifts short making my trip to the top as comfortable as possible.

Jehovah's Witnesses are scared of me because I told them I'm a Satanist. :p

I'm not, really. But it was HELLA fun to see their horrified faces.

I'll get filled up after a few rounds of GTA:San Andreas.
I might feel a little different then.

I hate:

1. The Middle East- but Israel isn't bad. And the pyramids in Egypt are nice.
2. Religion- but they do a lot of charity work.
3. Soccer- but girls that play it tend to have really nice legs and firm asses.

Yeah ... when it was Jimmy Carter's. ;)

Anyway, yes ... topic.

George W Bush. He'll soon be little more than a historical footnote. Also, he's been very good for comedians.

South Dakota. Soon it will drown in its own smug self-righteousness and that will become a nice stew to feed the hungry.

Republicans. They're actually distancing themselves from their own party leaders. This is a good sign of reform.

margaret thatcher's government did grow the GDP of the country and end the rule of overly militaristic trade unions (went too far of course)

Humanity does have a few redeeming features -
1) The computer components they've built are cool.
2) They created a pen that writes upside down.
3) It's slowly destroying itself from the inside out.

I'm sure there's a few more, but I'm not really creative at the present moment.
