Stephistan Live! Episode III

Stephistan

Wherein Stephistan discovers the most important aspect of talk radio: SCREEN YOUR GUESTS! lol.

My first episode with a new guest, and - well - let us just say that it rather confirmed my belief that a lot of people know far less about politics than they think they do. But it picks up after Mike rejoined the fray.

And this first experiment doesn't mean that I am not still interested in having a few people from here drop by for a chat. I know that some people here have a good grasp on things, even if we don't always agree on interpretation.

I invite all who might be interested to give it a listen.. It can be found @ Politically Sound (http://www.bzoo.org)

You can also find BZoO HomeGrown Radio on my website that is my sig on my site.

And, as always, I would love your feed back at politicallysound@hotmail.com. I do, after all, value the opinions of most of the people here. Or drop a line if you think that you might like to be guest.

The show starts at 9:00 PM (EST) .. I hope to see you all there.

Peace - Stephanie...

I still can't believe they gave you your own show. The commie liberal pinkos are corrupting our minds! Aggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Well I'd come on your show, but it would just be a hippie love fest. You need more right wingers and conservatives. :)

Great episode, btw. Color me a fan!

Hippie lovefest? *LOL* ... okay, but really it's not. I like to think of it as common sense.. :P

Of course, what with the original post, I'm just itching to hear what this guest is like...

Is it possible someone could be a guest, without the use of phone or actually being there, but through IM? It would be a whole new thing, never before done on radio. If so, I would like to participate sometime, but not tonight, for I go to bed at 9:00 PM Central Time.

Hehe ... Steph, you sound angrier than before. :D *pops corn* I love a good soapbox.

What, and have her read it? So droll. Buy a cheap microphone.

I'm listening, and I have some things to say:

On the Palestinian issue, Hitler came to power through a democracy too. So does that mean we should have let Hitler attempt to do what he did?

The Israelities are also enemies of Palestine, of course they are going to not support them.

Fetuses have cells, like living things, they eat, breathe, drink, like living things. Therefore, they could be considered life.

The tea thing, I agree, is weird.

Second, the doctors are supposed to do what they are ordered to by their bosses, what cowards to not do what they are ordered to do. The doctors should be fired.

Bird flu, although dangerous, wouldn't prompt me to keep people at home, also the bird flu hasn't evolved like the Spanish Flu.....yet.

I agree on the Able Danger thing, heard it from Mike Savage first.

Zacharias M. is a terrorist, he would have blown up the Capitol, given the chance. He's evil, should be locked away in obscurity.

Terrorists in Ohio, that is worrysome, I agree.

Why is Russia giving Iran nuclear help? Something fishy there...

Myspace, yeah, its a risk. I use it, yes, but I make sure I don't give any private info.

Canadian news. No offense, but I cannot see myself enjoying listening to that. Go ahead though, Canadians have news too. They need to know things, so its fine by me.

National ID card? Interesting...

Well, you must admit reading one's shorthand on-air fairly reeks as entertainment. And now I'll throw it open: Bonus points for IDing this television quote:

Nice song. Decent piano work. I'll have to check this guy out.

Well you'll have to book me on your show sometime when you want a liberal southerner's perspective on things. I'm never vulgar. :D

Hiya Steph. Are these shows archived? In other words can we see a replay of your shows?

BTW, I thank you for the invite to "do" your show, but I have too much Corn to pop!! :D

In all honesty, I am truly humbled. I have always enjoyed your contribution to NS and I really do wish you well in this new endeavour. :)

Peace!!

Nicely done. Give our lucky contestant a peck on the cheek and a certificate for ten bonus points, Beulah.

Not very good banter here. He seems to be struggling for his words. However, he admits he goes on gut and not on knowledge.

I listened to your show and it was great!! :)

A two hour special on Iraq? Wow, that would really be up Corny's alley. I would love to listen to his kernels on Colonels, or his generalities on Generals!! :D

Keep up the good work Steph!!

Peace.
