Language/Character Packs for Internet Explorer

This probably sounds like a stupid question, but when you visit a website in a foreign language IE gives you the option of downloading the character/language pack to properly view that website. Last time this happened, I (without thinking) checked the box that says 'Never download language packs' or whatever it says.

My question is this: How do I re-enable this, so that it gives me this choice again? I want to be able to download language packs if necessary.

And before anyone says anything, I'm not going to change my browser to Firefox, or anything else. I don't care how useless IE is, or how good any of the other browsers are: I'm not changing it, I'm too lazy.
