okay, this is all hypothetical, but what if. . .
someone keeps pestering you with questions you can't answer without offending someone. you want to do something, but laws prevent you from physically harming them. what do you do?

I'd break into a show stopping song and dance number, myself.
I'd tell him the answers.

Why should I care about offending someone? Fuck 'em all. Give the asshole the straight, unvarnished truth and let him stew.

I've found that the best way to answer, "none of your business" type questions is to answer with the question: "In what way would you find that information of value to you?" Say it straight--NO sarcasm, no negative--just like you need to know the answer. It's great to see their mind struggle for a good answer. If they can't give you a good answer just say, "If the information isn't of value then you don't need it." Again without emotion.
