I don't know about all you, but i sleep ON my bed, but that's just me. anyways, i sleep in a nice and comfy pj bottom.

Camisole and underwear/boxers/pj pants, depending on the temperature. Lingerie, rarely.

Almost always nothing. Snuggled beside a naked woman usually, occasionally between two, one of whom is usually my wife.

Either the clothes I'm going to wear the next day, or the clothes I was wearing the day before, depending on which "leg" of the night it is (I wake up in the middle of the night to shower; why? I have no idea).

Sure, ive fell asleep in some strange places and ive been pretty screwed most of those times. But ive never been able to fall asleep on rocks. I think i might of done, but not remeber. W/e.

Depends, right now I sleep wearing a full set of PJs, socks, and gloves because my house has no insulation, or heating, and even with two down comforters, it's still damn cold. In the summer, it's too hot for anything but gym shorts and sheets (and a Japanese summer blanket which resembles an oversized beach towel). If my fiancee is with me, depends if we remember to get dressed again. ;)

Wow, I couldn't disagree more... I can't sleep in socks at all. And if I happen to fall asleep wearing them, I inevitably wake up and have to take them off to fall asleep again. I can be bundled up in a sweatsuit and hat in a heavy sleeping bag, in freezing cold, and STILL I can't sleep with anything on my feet.

Other than that, I have ...
- a collection of soft t-shirts
- a bunch of pairs of guy's small flannel boxers which are pretty tight, but comfortable, and my husband likes looking
- one actual pair of PJ bottoms
- two flannel nightgowns, but they've gotten used like once or twice since I got married
- a collection of things intended to be worn very briefly, after which I usually sleep naked with just a man-body for extra warmth

I feel bad for my roommates. I forgot to do laundry, so it is currently a choice between dirty boxers (nope...not after they've touched my laundry basket. Who knows what is growing in there) or commando with gym shorts. And as I've already revealed, the gym shorts don't always stay up and blankets don't always stay on.:(

my room is incredibly hot right now. And we have no water (the watermain broke in front of my building), so I'll end up really dehydrated if I do that.

I used to need a comfy bed and pajamas, until I worked at a summer camp.

After a week or two of that place, I could sleep on a jagged boulder or a picnic table in broad daylight.

This summer I'm traveling with a sideshow, and will be sleeping in a van every night. Go me! after that, I think I could make it as a homeless person.

Long shirts, mostly. I can often be seen in a knee-length lime green "Lucky Charms" nightshirt, with a picture of Lucky the Leprechaun on the front and the words "Magically Delicious" under his picture. It never fails to make my BF smile. :D

On hot nights.... even less.

and on a Futon... with lots of pillows... no bed.

right. so sleep clothes. I too hate anything tight, yet I really can't deal with sleeping naked. My door at home doesn't have a lock, and people are always in and out. At school, 3 roommates. I toss and turn alot. You do the math.

I used to be like that. Now when I get up I just walk across the hall to the bathroom then downstairs to get clothes. You get used to your roommate screaming profanity at you after the first three weeks. :D

I prefer naked, but when there are others around in pajama bottoms... I cant sleep in shirts cause they get all twisted up and uncomfortable

I sleep in a ragged yellow t-shirt that my 6th grade class got (each one of us got one, that is) for reading to kindergarteners. It says "The Courage to Care, the Strength to Serve." I didn't even know we had a choice not to do it. Anyway, it was huge on me when we got it, and it's nice and loose now too. Nothing like an extremely well-worn t-shirt for sleeping in.
