I LOVE the "Star Wars: Battlefront" series....especially on PC with 64 allies and opponets. :D My favorite board game is "The Napoleonic Wars" put out by GMT games. IT ROCKS!

Board game:
Diplomacy - With out a doubt. A seven player free for all in dawn of the 20th century Europe. Chess meets Risk and loses the dice.

Computer game:
Civilization - Yes, the first one. It blew me away and I've been hooked on the successor games ever since.

I remember good ol' civ for super ness. A long time ago I played it thought "Wow cool, a game where you are cave-men settlers and can discover things like 'the wheel'!" I loved it...boy was I suprised when I first discovered "gunpwder!" I especially love the "conquests" on Civ 3 such as "The Napoleonic Wars", and "Sword of the Shogun." Sid Meier's "PIRATES!" was also a cool game. Be a pirate, plunder ports, swordfight, have naval battles, go to a (hehe) ballroom dance, get married, visit taverns...what's not to like? It's rated "E" and I highly reccomend it.

Board game: Risk. No comment necessary, really.

Video game: Final Fantasy VII. It's one of those rare games that really jerks your emotions, and one particular scene has the potential to depress the hell out of you. The game itself is so good and so memorable that they're making prequels, plus a CGI movie (which they've already completed and are currently translating to English).

Best computer game- Command and Conquer: Red Alert or Starcraft

Honorable mention to Decent, the first one. I remeber playing that game with a partner, one person would actually fly around at the controls and then you would have a bud with you for navagation, nothing is quite as scary as getting turned around when fleeing an exploding reactor.

Best Board game - Chess and Diplomacy

The first time I played Diplomacy was in one of my college classes too, so it was with a bunch of strangers who you couldnt perdict how they would act. I was Turkey. Hungary, Russia and I all teamed up and crushed the puny Westerners. That was the most...fun...ever!
