"Black Hole Sun" by Soundgarden.
Excellent video. I don't like the song, but I'd gladly sit through it just to see the video.

U2 - Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me.

The good kind of creepy, mind you.

Either 'Dead Bodies Everywhere' by Korn or 'Fuck You Like An Animal' by... umm... I think its Nine Inch Nails isn't it? Not so much creepy (although they are that too) as seriously weird and completely messed up. Two videos I could quite definitely have done without seeing. (And also the songs themselves aren't all that.)

I forget the name of the actual song but it's by Aphex Twin. It's got some ghoul-like creature "screaming" people to death in it. Creeped me out no end:(

Smack my Bitch Up by Prodigy is as well.

If you think Nine Inch Nails' "Closer" is fucked up, you should see the Broken video. I've been searching for the last hour, but I can't find a working link...

Anyways, it's about 20 minutes long and was never officially released. It's very grainy and low quality. It's essentially a fake snuff film. Some guy kidnaps somebody, ties them up, tortures them, and forces him to watch NIN music videos before killing them at the climax. Oh, and the videos themselves are quite creepy. A toilet flushes, the camera follows the pipes, ultimately leading to pump connected to a man in a watertight suit convulsing while being forcibly drowned. A man eats a steak in a small room as more and more flies begin swarming on his face and the steak, but he continues eating it along with the flies. A man sits down in a chair and is gruesomely disemboweled by metal claws and machinery, including genital mutilation. When it was originally leaked, police got involved because they thought it was real. Crazy shit.

Aaaaah - that's the bunny. As you may have noticed I wasn't overly fond of the song anyway, which is my excuse for my ignorance of it's details :D

* (Our Love's in) Jeopardy by the Greg Kihn Band
While Weird Al's parody "I lost on Jeopardy" is probably better known now, this early MTV vid was in heavy rotation with the zombies at the wedding CREEPED MY 10 YEAR OLD SELF OUT back in '83 or so.

* David Bowie's "Day In Day Out".
Nothing less than a three minute run though someone's life falling apart.

* Anything with Bette Midler.
(shiver)

Honorable mention: Pearl Jam's "Evolution". Not actually creepy, but really, really disconcerting.

BTW: I found this a while back... http://www.platypuscomix.net/videos/toptwenty.html
"Remember back when MTV used to be cool?
Yeah, I don't either. But that might be because I didn't get to grow up in the era when they WERE. After finding a tape of the "Top 20 Videos of 1984" special, I'll have to say I'm insanely jealous of Generation X right now. It's just sad that music videos as an art are confined to their generation. Videos are still around, but barely. No one really cares about them anymore, so there's no effort to make them showy or impressive."
I find it a little funny, (or maybe he's showing his age here) that the author doesn't know (and didn't look on google) to see that Thriller came out in 1983...

...that would be the Happiness In Slavery video.
If you can, procure the Closure vid compilation of NIN. That's got it.

Procure Salival in some fashion, and then watch the video
Prison Sex
That thing gives me chills just THINKING about it. Especially dealing with how personal it is.
Oh, btw, it's a video i'd recommend Lunatic Goofballs NOT watching. *nods emphatically*

I've got it.
I used to have Closure, but, like the idiot i am, i loaned it to someone or someone stole it, and voila~.

That song brings back some memories. After picking up my Prom date back in high school, that song was on the radio when I turned the car on..................awkward.

While we have Aphex on the list, "Donkey Rhubarb" is fairly disturbing.

I actually quite like the video for Radiohead "Just".

The NIN song is called closer and yes, it's a rather creepy video. Especially since it combines animal body parts, S&M imagery and a little girl.

I was tripping when I first saw a Manson video. It was his cover of Sweet Dreams. I wanted to punch the TV out.
