A question about West-Muslim tensions.

Where the hell are the protestors getting all of those flags? For countries that seem to have little infrastructure there must be thousands of flag stores. I know they probalby stock up on US and Isreal flags, but Danish flags? Where do they get them? I barely know where to buy an American flag, and I live here. I'm going to find the company that makes these flags and buy lots of stock.

Sometimes they make them. Generally out of paper or very flammable cotton.

They probably get 'em from China. Afterall, once I saw a US flag with "Made in China" printed on it, so I imagine China's gotta be making other countries flags as well. Every time the middle east goes nuts, a little sweatshop kid gets a 50 cent bonus.

I'm thinking that because Denmark missed out on the world cup, the flag-manufacturing and team-merchandise industry sent these cartoons to JP in order to artificially create this whole controversy, then shipped all the flags they had already produced to the Middle East.
If there is no market for something you have, create one.
