I bought a two walkie-talkie set (http://www.cobra.com/index.php?page=shop/flypage&product_id=427&id=1) at Kmart for $70 and was just looking up information about them. They have 22 channels as shown on the website I posted above and on Wikipedia and another website it says some of these channels require a license. The package and materials inside never said anything about a license. Am I confusing two different frequency sets or can I only use part of the channels free like it says on Wikipedia?
Also, one of the channels that I think needs a license is the frequency used on another set of walkie-talkies I have(one-channel only), so it must be free...I'm so confused...:confused:
