Batshit insane UN weapons inspector.

A UN weapons inspector who was part of the team monitoring Saddam Hussein prior to the most recent gulf war has revealed his methods. He's also revealed his need for Thorazine and the UN's policy of hiring the mentally ill.

Tierney's methods of ascertaining this location were rather unconventional. "I would ask God and just get a sense if something was valid or not, and then know if I needed to pursue it," he said. His assessments through prayer were then confirmed to him by a friend's clairvoyant dream, where he was able to find the location on a map. "Everything she said lined up. This place meets the criteria," Tierney said of the power generator plant near the Tigris River that he believes is actually a cover for a secret uranium facility.

He should be great friends with Bush, then.

Mad weapons inspector: (studying the image on the console screen) That's it. The (WMDs) are there.

Some guy: My lord, there are so many uncharted settlements. It could be smugglers, it could be...

MWI:That is the system. And I'm sure (Bin Laden) is with them. Set your course for the (River Tigris). General (Franks), prepare your men!

This sounds curiously familiar.

does sound like Bush. Just a bit. You know, with the whole god telling him to attack Iraq thing.

Does this refer to the quote from Palestinian leader Abbas?

"According to Abbas, Bush said: 'God told me to strike at al Qaida and I struck them, and then he instructed me to strike at Saddam, which I did, and now I am determined to solve the problem in the Middle East. If you help me I will act, and if not, the elections will come and I will have to focus on them.'" (http://www.commondreams.org/views03/0630-04.htm)

Before you jump to any conclusions, remember that you are reading a translation of a translation of a translation. Mahmoud Abas does not speak English. Bush does not speak Arabic. If Bush said these words, or something like them, Abas heard them from a translator. Then Abas repeated them, as he remembered them a couple of weeks later, in Arabic. Some unknown person wrote down what he thought he heard Abas say. Then Regular, or someone at Ha'aretz, translated them back into English-or perhaps first into Hebrew and then into English.

Has anyone ever confirmed that this is actually what Bush said, or do we just trust anything negative about Bush without confirmation?

Those do not sound like words that would come out of his mouth, especially the thing about the elections at the end.

Anyway, back to the OT, these are the inspectors that were supposed to ensure that Saddam had no WMD, and that the USA would not have to go to war. Trust the UN, trust the UN, trust the UN (hypnotic music playing)...

i didnt understand any of that

its interesting to me that he says he worked as a weapons inspector with scott ritter (who didnt rely on the bible to figure out where iraqi weapons were). mr tierny sees husseins fingerprints all over 9/11 as well as the /93 wtc bombing. mr ritter sees none.

#2 I have no reasons to trust anything that comes from UNSCOM.
(Blix and UNMOVIC were the ones I trusted)

Then there's this:

http://hughesforamerica.typepad.com/hughes_for_america/2006/02/bush_speaks_for.html
http://www.ffrf.org/fttoday/2004/aug/bushgodspeaks.php
And:
"I've heard the call. I believe God wants me to run for president" - from http://irace.net/joeblog/000108.html (see it on other sites as well)

Anyway, back to the OT, these are the inspectors that were supposed to ensure that Saddam had no WMD, and that the USA would not have to go to war. Trust the UN, trust the UN, trust the UN (hypnotic music playing)...

And note that this particular idiot believed God was telling him that there were weapons around. Let's assume the others did not. I could just as well say that the only person who could ever imagine weapons could ever exist in Iraq is a nutcase.

Actually, I was referring to when Bush was questioned about who he spoke to when he decided to attack Iraq. He stated he had spoken with "a higher power"

Yeah, but at least Vader ended up kicking Rebel ass shortly thereafter...all this guy would do is waste a few million dollars and binge on prescription drugs for a week in some hotel in Baghdad.

But the people in charge of searching for WMD didn't take Tierney seriously.
That's the good news, I guess...

A UN weapons inspector who was part of the team monitoring Saddam Hussein prior to the most recent gulf war has revealed his methods. He's also revealed his need for Thorazine and the UN's policy of hiring the mentally ill.
...and the US military's policy of hiring them to defend the country from terrorist attack...
Tierney said he had originally planned to pursue a career as a classical guitarist when "God sort of grabbed me by the collar and said, 'I don't want you in that.'" He joined the military and eventually found himself working as an intelligence analyst.
In the job, Tierney was required to go through hundreds of reports of possible threats each day. "One of those might involve a nuclear attack against the United States," he said. "If you don't catch it, it could happen, because you, as the analyst, failed. So I'm sitting there going, 'Alright, God, I need help. Thank you for showing me which one of these things is important and which one is not."
...and ending up working at Guantanamo for a while (as a civilian)...
Later, in 2002, he worked as a civilian interrogator at the American detention center in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, but Army Times reported that "after two months at Guantanamo, Tierney was dismissed when DIA officials once against felt he wasn't following established procedures."

Loves us enough to give stuff away at her shows! (Tax write-off?)
...but she apparently hates liars. Maybe she knew about the nature of Dubya and was leading him into exposure.
Clever ....
