He referred to Sephiroth as a forum legend, not Japaica. I don't think anybody's going to come forward and say "God, I sure liked that guy" about Japaica.

Admittedly, some trolls have become legends, such as Eireann Shamrocks who was booted 24 times in one night, or Alansyism's notorious flaming, Kahta's racism, and so on. But I wouldn't consider Japaica a legend myself... hell, I can hardly remember what exactly he did anymore...
