The maker of the hugely popular online game, World of Warcraft, has changed its policy on gay teams following an outcry from many players.

Man, they take over our TV screens, our movie theatres, they have all the best clothes and now we can't even go on-line without an orc trying to chat us up!
Where will it end?
Surely this is another sign of the coming apocalypse!

On another note, I wonder if Ms Andrews has some, y'know 'other' photos of herself:

Think she'd fall for the line that I'm a lesbian trapped in a man's body?
I just need some sapphic love (preferably with 2 other women) to help me overcome my penile debilitation.

Hmm. What difference does it make in online gaming what sexual orientation you are?

Last I saw, the only way to screw someone in a game like Counterstrike was to shoot them in the back when they had no idea you were around.

Not remotely sexual, if you ask me. So who cares who is on what team as far as sexual orientation goes?

Yay, so does this mean more gay sex between Night Elves and the soon to come Blood Elves? :p

Possibly the fact that a certain guild doesn't use the term 'gay' as an insult?

It is probably more for teenage guys who want to Role Play "t3h h07 l3z814n 53x!!!1!" than anyone else.

They only TRIED to stop it because it was offending the millions of religious guilds there... :p

Hmm. I usually only insult campers, and after I kill them, I usually message, "loser".

I'll form the Blood Elven Inquisition XD Yes, I am gay, but nothing better than a few good purges now and then. :) Gay friendly, yes, but no camp queers :p (ie no Night Elves)

How utterly bizarre, and at the same time saddening...

lol indeed...fighting for your right to be gay in a game. You would think people had more serious things on their mind.

Yup it obviously was ... it got them to think and subsequently change their mind about a bad policy

There's a group on there called, 'The Spreading Taint.' If that isn't offensive, I don't know what is!

I wish I had thought of it. :)
