What illegal things have you done?

Zilam

I have done, but not proud of, the following:
Underage drinking-4 times (3 of the times really were not my fault)
Usage of Illegal Substance-2 times
Various traffic violations- too many to count
Drive by shooting- once(it was with a pellet gun
Fighting-once
TPing- many times (yes it is actually illegal at home to do that)

Thats all i can really think of right now..Like i said I regret most of them...except the drive by.. That was quite fun...

But anywho, what have you done illegal??

Well once, i was 8 and my neighbors had a keg..A drunk told me it was rootbeer, and i chugged a bunch down...then i drank some beer once when i was 5...i thought it was a coke in a bottle....and then at my dad's second wedding i was mistakingly given some hard liquor.....i forget what type it was...but it made me sick. The last time I drank was in november. When i chugged a whole bottle of smirnoff down in like 30 secs...it impressed a really hot/trashy/slutty college girl :D

A lot of small theft (nothing worth more than a few hundred dollars at a time) and a few fights. I suppose that, since one of those fights involved a pretty big knife, I have some assault with a deadly weapon as well.
However, I've never done anything stupid enough to get caught, nor have I ever robbed/hurt/scared anyone enough that they would try and track me down, so I should have a "clean" record. YAY!

Underage drinking: to many times to count.
Traffic Violations: to many times to count.
Vandalism: to many times to count. TPing, skateboarding (I guess some stores consider it vandalism to use their rails)
Pirated enough music and movies to fill up a hard drive or two.
Helped make numerous drug deals.

Only got one speeding ticket.

I got a huge speeding ticket... for doing 68 on the highway while being passed by a truck. And then I had to go to court to keep my driver's license. Sound crazy? Yes, well it was about 2 miles from where it switched from 55 to 65 mph limit, and the cop said it was in an "active work zone". I mean, yes, I was doing 68, I guess. There were no work zone signs or anything (they admitted that) but only a truck by the side of the road and a few guys wearing orange. Apparently that makes it a work zone for some miles either side of it. And they'd just passed a law that made huge fines and suspensions for speeding by anything over 11 mph in a work zone. And I was out of state.

Before that, I was 100% on the side of the cops. Since then... maybe not.

Underage drinking: only about a dozen time, don't drink at all anymore.
I've been continuosly in possession of cannabis for the past couple of years.
I've had a wide variety of other illegal drugs in my possession from time to time; presently LSD.
I was once arrested (only time ever arrested) for selling dextroamphetamine; but I was a minor at the time and did not serve any jail time.

Yes, well I always *ALWAYS* slow down to the posted speed limits for marked work zones. I figure they're not necessarily the brightest people who work on road crews, and I want time to react to anything that comes up. But there was no warning, and they were well away from the roadway (up an embankment and probably 20 feet back) so I just slowed down and moved over as I passed their area, and moved back and went back to normal after I was by.

Good point, but the cop in question was nice enough, but really condescending, and didn't want to listen to me.

The only other time I'd been in court was to testify for the police about an accident I'd witnessed where nobody was willing to admit being the (drunk) driver. Apparently they were insisting the car was driving all by itself.

Until a year or two ago, "sodomy" was illegal here. So I guess I have almost 2 decades worth of illegal gay sex under my belt.

Well, some of it was under my belt, and some above.

I also used to sneak into the clubs when I was 18. That was before they had under 21 nights.

Other than that I rarely broke/break the law. I convince others to do it for me. Much safer that way.

Underage drinking, lost count how many times
petty theft, nothing much
public indecency, though I was never caught
possession and use of marijuana, both in this country as well as Mexico
so many counts of illegally accessing porn, that it's ridiculous, (as I am under 18)
I collect large knives, and carry them, baggy pants are helpful
some other various things throughout the years...never done anything too serious though

Luckily for me, I've never even come close to getting caught. Not, I suspect, that much would have come of it if I had*, but better not to have had the opportunity to discover that.

Contributing to software piracy on a near-daily basis. (and when it is daily, it is typically 24 hours a day) That's it, so far.

And technically, a tiny bit of underage drinking, a couple of years ago. Not enough to get me drunk, however.

-Underage drinking (not anymore, I'm 18, yay!)
-Grafiti (I did less when I got caught)
-Little bit of vandalism (mercedes car signs are cool)
-Vandalism against cop cars (suckers)
-Rioting
-Stealing street signs
-Trespassing
-Smoking odd substances (just twice)
-Breaking in (my school)
EDIT: I forgot the ones on a daily basis:
-Software piracy
-Carrying of illegal weapon (a knife)

That's all I can remember, Oh, and this is not an official statement, it is simply a summing up of activities that may or may not have been done by my person.

Underage drinking.
Yummy drugs.

One incident: Climbed on the roof of a building with some friends (trespassing), got naked and had sex (mmm... indecent), got really drunk (underage at the time), and cited for "projection of missiles" apparently a fancy name for throwing bottles into the street.

Chained the gates of a lumber company closed.
Hung a banner off the roof of Staples.
Various protest "crimes"... like walking in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Hit a cop in the head with a brick.
Vandalism.

I'm probably forgetting something.

Since then... maybe not.

Think that's bad?

I was pulled for 45 in a 25; 78 in a 55; and 83 in a 65;... ah, I was a stupid child.

Anyway, no points on the license, just fines. The trick? Cops care more about the fines than about "getting you" for high speeds. So if you go to court, just pull the cop aside before everything gets started and say something like: "Officer, I don't know exactly how fast I was going that night... but I guess it's possible I was a little over. I'm more worried about points on my license and insurance premiums than anything else... so is it possible we can just call it '5 miles over' and go home?"

The cop walks up to the judge and tells her/him you've reached an agreement. The judge asks you, "is this correct?" You say yes, and it's over. You still have to pay a hefty fine, but you don't risk losing your license or paying higher insurance premiums. And it saves the cop having to get up on the stand and recount the incident, argue with you, etc. It's win-win.

I once hit a girl in the head with a roller skate, was originally charged with assault with a deadly weapon, but it was downgraded to assault, I got community service.

I broke a guy's hand in highschool, he pressed charges, I pressed charges, when they figured out the "real story" he got 7 days in jail, I got banned from prom and graduation (I still went to prom anyway, they kicked me out 3 hours in) and we both have restraining orders on eachother (mine expired, but he keeps renewing his)

I used to be addicted to drugs.......

I think that's all.;)

Agreed.

Although in my case, I did hit a cop with a brick... by throwing it at him from some distance. I wasn't in a crowd, exactly, but there were a lot of people running around. While I'm sure the police saw me, since they retaliated by hitting me with two plastic bullets, I seem to have gotten lost in the mix.

jaywalking= lots
speeding= kinda, never been cought( never been speeding over 10 mph over speedlimit)
posession of a wepon on school property= almost every day
lauching illegal fireworks= several times

i guess this counts as illegal...

not turning people in when i know for fact that they were in posession of illegal drugs( on school property) with the intent to sell, knowing that they were minors in possession of alochol.

not turning in people for cheating on exams.

Indeed, the only thing I've ever been caught for was speeding and damaging public property.

hey everything I put I have already either been caught and it's been expunged from my record, or I got caught but not charged.

funny story though, one of the tax credits in my state is not available to felons, so I have to ask "have you ever been convicted of a felony?" when doing the state taxes

one day last tax season I had a cold and was all fuzzy headed from my cough syrup and I asked this guy "have you ever commited a felony?"

and he says "yeah, but I didn't get caught, do you need to know what I did?"

I quickly said "no, and I don't even want to know"

and hoped that the police never tracked me down to ask me about it if he did get caught.

You know, I had almost forgotten about this. When I came back from Vietnam, I had lots of money saved up from the two years I was there. I went back to a couple of the stores that had been my "favorites" to shoplift from and paid them back. One manager was so flabergasted that she refused to accept anything from me. She said that not only were the items of relatively low value, but that it would be entirely too difficult to figure out how to feed the money back into the store's accounting system! Heh!

By the time I returned from Vietnam, I had graduated to becoming involved in what are sometimes called "brawls." :D

want to hear mine, they're all traffic related:

- Drink and drive (after having 2 cans of Coors)
- 70kph on a 50kph city speed limit (even there's a cop near me)
- 160kph on a 80kph hiway (can't believe I did that on a firefly )
- Speeding in a school zone
- carrying too many passengers ("N" licence allows 1 passenger)
- driving without an "N" displayed on the back of the car

And the cops never caught me for all of above. :D :p

If they did, I would've paid over $2000 in fines plus losing my DL.
