MILLA JOVOVICH is starring in a new movie... Ulraviolet (http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/ultraviolet/site/). Looks like I have something to look forward to in March.

It seems to me a cross between Underworld (especially a bit about 'bloodsuckers') and Aeon Flux.
Whether that's a good thing or not, I guess we'll have to wait.
I'm not very confident though. Mila, as sexy as she is, is a crap actress, and this movie seems like it's weighing real heavy on Matrix fight scenes and CGI. That implies desperation by the studio to cover a shit premise/script.

Ultraviolet was an excellent UK made TV series, long on paranoia and chills rather than extended action scenes. This...really doesn't look anything like it.
I HATE when they fuck up a good concept!

The Ultraviolet TV series was pretty cool. Carbon bullets vs vampires 4tw. As good as Milla Jovovich was in Resident Evil, this does not look promising.

I really liked her in The Fifth Element, but any film premised on Matrix style fight scenes has problems.

wasn't that Ultraviolet about Vampires, this is about a genetically enhanced person.
This movie looked good aweful from the previews. Just another one of many bad action movies being chained out by hollywood lately.

Unless they spam the comercials like that suckfest Aeon Flux then I can just ignore it, but I have a feeling they will.
