Lies for sale, they will back it up and make it look believable too. What a way to make money!

Why didn't I think of that? I mean is it lying if you are selling a lie to someone else? probably......oh,well.

other options would be telling the truth...but that's too hard I suppose.

so what do you think
greatest idea ever?

What can I say, my dear? Maybe you're just not cunning enough. The life of deceit may not be for you after all.

I think it's brilliant, personally.

I think I could tie up loose ends, ethically I might have a problem, but I am very organized I bet I could keep someone elses lies straight for a small fee (esp. since I don't have any lies of my own to keep track of)

You can pay them to make up a lie that you did think of it first..

interesting question........I would charge both of them for a new lie, to keep the other from finding out, I doubt they would ever discuss it, nobody would know.

I have personally seen what can happen with dishonesty and I believe that the results were devestating. There will always be consequences.

My father always used to say that honesty is the best policy. And ya know that father knows best. Too bad that my ears were glued on way back then.

I certainly would not want to get involved in a business that makes money through deceit.

yeah, I am personally an "honesty is the best policy" person, but I mean if you were looking at it as a "money making idea" and had no ethics at all, it's is a pretty good idea right? I mean there is quite a market for lies. ;)

OH MY GAWD. That's hilarious! Fair squibs to the entrepreneur who came up with that one!

Of course it's not lying if you sell a lie to someone else. If I sold you a piece of gum I chewed, claiming it was chewed by, say, Madonna (or any other arbitrary celeb), not that I think you're pathetic enough to want to buy something like that, I'd be selling you a lie. But if you told people about it, would you be telling a lie then?

Besides, there's only one answer to deceit. Feign ignorance.

In the words of Bart Simpson: I didn't do it. Nobody saw me do it. Can't prove anything

did anyone read the testimonials? There might actually be a use for this that isn't so sinister

I wanted to let you know how happy I am...I wanted the marriage proposal to my girlfriend to be romantic and to take place in Miami, our home town. You did a great job creating an alibi so I could get away to make the arrangements. You sent me an invitation to a 3 day seminar in Miami with telephone support so each time she called, your operator answered her calls and patched her through to me. My fiancé came down on Saturday and she had no idea that I actually had been busy running around making arrangements for the celebration following my marriage proposal to her. My fiancé was ecstatic. Just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with your service. My fiancé agreed to marry me! Thank you for a job well done.

if it's fake, they are doing a good job of faking it (although it would make sense that they would be able to do that)

Personally I think if you want to have an affair but aren't bright enough to think of a way to disguise it, you're gonna be found out no matter who and how much you pay to have some company cover your arse.
