Seems the Beeb is holding a competition to determine the best public information advert ever. This one is on the site at the moment and it's absolutely hilarious.

Not technically a Public Information Ad, but done in that style, but a good film to watch is The War Game.

Though both the one on the website and Duck and Cover are good.

IIRC, D&C also advises you to wear a "stout winter coat"
