I was one of the many fans of Big-O, and the show was awesome!
It lasted 2 seasons with one of the greatest endings ever. For those who havent seen it all, here's a brief description of the end.

Paradigm City is just a stage. It is a city that is "reset" over and over again, and no one seems to know why (except maybe shwarzwald might of known). Angel is one of the "Directors of the Stage", and an control the outcome of the city. During the fight between Big-O and Big Fau, almost everything is realised, only to raise more questions. After the fight, during the ending credits, it starts showing the clip of the very beginning of the show, except for one major difference. Roger says " My name is.... Roge Smith", with some sort of uncertainty. Although apperantly the stage has been reset, Roger seems to question his existence.

However, this was a really weird ending, and the writers have claimed that they could have done a season three. But nobody wants to fund it.
Im way to busy to organise such an endeavor, but I found a link explaining how to help bring back Big-O. somebody please do this and post a link.

Trigun was weak, I still don't get what anyone saw in that show. Gundam Wing was the awesomest mecha anime.

Personal opinion.. I liked the drawing and the mood swings of Vash.

Rurouni Kenshin, and Samurai X are the best Samurai animes I've seen. I have no clue as to what people see in Champloo.. Its drawn well but the plot is weak, and repititive. ( Everytime I watch it there in some restraunt and they start a fight.... Boring. )

Gundam Wing was the awesomest mecha anime.

Every single Gundam is different, and if I recall G-Gundam never should have made it to America. Gundam Wing was like all gundams all the time with shit blowing the hell up constantly.

*shrug* Regardless, I liked it. It was hilarious to see the stereotypes. The German gundam was a huge brute that relied on force. The French, if I remember, was a Fencer who liked roses...<.<... The American was an orphan boxer...

They stopped showing the multitude of reruns before they even created the protoype Adult Swim..

I Hated Big-O. HATED it. HATED it.

Oh, and it was on Adult Swim this morning at around 0600, Montana time.

Didn't like Big-O. Yeah I've seen like 10 or so episodes, didn't like it. I don't like most Adult Swim's animes. Except DBZ. That owned.

Wasn't a huge fan of Big O. I remember watching Blue Submarine No. 6 (pretty sure was the name) that was pretty good

If you liked that, check out the Samurai X movies. Lots of bloodshed, and very very graphic. Even a mutilation scene, how do you think Kenshin got his scar?;)
I don't like most Adult Swim's animes.

Probably because Adult Swim plays jack thats worth mention. ( Spirited Away is the only notable anime I can think of that they've played )

Yeah that does remind me, they show Big O every damn day, it is on at some ungodly hour, I think even more ungodly than the hour at which they show Yu Yu Hakusho. Yes, they are showing Yu Yu Hakusho, and yes, it is the rest of the series, and they don't give a fuck if you want to watch it, they rather put on Bo bo bo bobo bo and DBZ uncut, because we havn't seen that enough over the past 10 years, and that is Cartoon Network alone, I'm not even counting when it was on Fox.

Kenshin did not get his scar in a mutilation scene, well, not really. He got it purely by luck and accident. Well, the main scar.

And, they aired both the Cowboy Bebop movie (asshats wern't allowed to use Knockin' on Heaven's Door apparently when bringing it to America) and the Escaflowne movie. Not to mention, the first two Inuyasha movies.

Yah, but the cross-part... somehow having your g/f reach up with a dagger and slice into your cheek without flinching/moving/ext seems like mutilation.

Asshats are nice: They keep your ass covered and prevent you from suffering ass-cold.
