So i was whatching it yesterday, when they find out the bad guy wants to attack the US Capitol while the President does the speech. The good guys (Ice Cube and some losers) then say the bad guy wants to start World War Four.

World War 4???? Did i miss that?? I mean, 1, 2 , 4?? wheres 3? was I in my nuke-proof bunker too long??

I'm gonna guess either slip up on actor/writer's part or an intentional exaggeration saying that it's really, really bad.

Or wait, is this supposed to be set in the future? I haven't seen the movie.

But no, no official world war three has happened yet, although I'm sure someone could rationailze that since terrorism spans the globe, the war on terror...
