Well, I'm not sure about it working like that. My guess would be somebody's missle blows up accidentally, they think someone else shot it at them, so they just fire at whoever happens to be at the top of the nuclear shit list for the day. Bad goes to worse and everyone freezes in the dark.
I am for California breaking off the US, but I was hoping it would just sink into the ocean instead.;)

sink? no... not as long as im here... i dont have a boat yet so i would be screwed. :D i think it will be some miniscule country that no one has heard of that somehow found a bunch of money and baught one nuke and shot it at their neighbor who stole their goats.
