I was just curious if anyone else has seen the new Rammstein video clip, and wondering what you think.

Personally I like it, although I think Till would have been better without the wig. Still, I think it's very beautifully filmed and makes a good exploration of male erotica/homosociality/homosexuality. I just wonder how those bodybuilders didn't realise it was a clip depicting a homoerotic situation.

Flake, the keyboardist, in an interview said that they didn't know and that when they were told they wanted to leave. I'd assume that some of them figured it out, and that some of them didn't mind either, but apparently quite a few wanted to leave.

Well, Schneider varies between hot and average but I reckon Kruspe is beautiful. My bf and I both have a huge crush on him. :p

It was rather interesting. The video I found was on MTV (Germany - I think), I'm not quite sure if it willl be shown on MTV in this country though, but thats a matter I will forever be ignorant of probably though.

I'm going to try and get a friend of mine to watch it. He is a huge Rammstein fan, but also very homophobic (in the truist sense of the word), so I think it will be interesting to see if he watches it all the way through.

btw, I've seen Rammstein live, I advise any fan to do the same, and anyone who finds them even bareable to do the same. They are great showmen and are definately value for money, the downside of the gig was that they were supported by Raging Speedhorn and American Headcharge two bands I am rather ambivilent too, though American Headcharge were worth it since their guitarist tried to stage dive only to have the crowd split and him land on his face.

But when Rammstein came on, it was all worth it :D
