That's actually not a bad idea. If someone breaks into your house, just tell the cops that if there are any cases of anthrax in the next month or so, it's probably them. ;)

Yeah, but my chemistry textbook tells me how to make mustard gas. I don't know how anyone can scream about foreign terrorists learning how to make dangerous weapons when any Chemistry student could do the same thing. For that matter, your average physics student could probably get some distance towards building a nuclear device, and could /certainly/ make an ordinary explosive.
