About two weeks ago, Tse Moana (from the region Equilism) and I, Tycholand (from Nederland) were brainstorming and we came up with the idea of a huge link list of everything NationStates (or at least a big percentage of it).
And now, it has arrived. Filled with a stunning 590+ links, Tse Moana and I present you The NationStates Link List (http://www.mybookmarks.com/public/NationStates)
I hope this is something you can use. Feel free to distribute this link if you like. A credit is appreciated but not required.

Athar is a player-created region forum, and the other one (the UDCP) runs intra-region and isn't strictly speaking region specific... so i guess its an organisation forum (and the wiki is linked to it). its for one of the political parties here in General :)
(i believe other parties also have their own forums, btw... but i don't know the links)
i'm just a generalite so i don't really know if any of those count, really, as none of them are really RP
