My congratulations and thanks to the US troops -- not for shooting at the convoy, but for doing so in a manner that just disabled the vehicles without injuring the participants.
According to the story, the Canadian convoy was in the wrong, attempting to pass the American truck after being signalled to stop. Given previous incidents (both of American friendly fire and of suicide attacks on Americans) the level of control shown here is admirable.
So, a quick Canadian salute.
